1. Introduction
1.1 These terms of purchase (“Terms”) set out the terms on which you may purchase products from Wieser Tamás AB (“we”, “our”, “us”) via wiesertamas.com (the “Website”) for delivery within the European Union (the “Approved Delivery Locations”). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before placing an order.
1.2 These Terms are available in English.
1.3 We draw your attention in particular to:
• clause 6.4 (restriction on resale); and
• clause 10 (limitations of liability).
2. information about us
2.1 The Website is operated by Wieser Tamás AB.
2.2 Contact details and company information are provided on the Website (including on the “Contact” and/or “Imprint” pages).
3. Placing orders
3.1 You may only place an order if you:
(a) Are at least 18 years old;
(b) Have a valid payment method accepted on the Website; and
(c) Can accept delivery at an address within the European Union.
3.2 Orders can only be placed via the Website.
3.3 When placing an order, you must provide complete and accurate information, including your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and billing address. You are responsible for checking that your order is correct before submitting it.
3.4 After you place an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
3.5 We may reject an order, for example, if a product is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside the EU, if payment cannot be authorised, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we reject an order, we will inform you and you will not be charged, or we will refund any payment taken.
3.6 We accept your order by sending an order confirmation email (“Confirmation”). A contract is formed when we send the Confirmation.
3.7 If you order multiple items and one or more items are unavailable, we may confirm and ship the available items and cancel the unavailable items, with a refund where applicable.
3.8 If you discover a mistake in your order, contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once a Confirmation has been issued and the order has begun processing.
4. Payment terms
4.1 Prices may change from time to time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing error (see clause 4.4).
4.2 Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4.3 Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
4.4 If we discover a pricing error in relation to a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for that product. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the affected part of the order and notify you.
4.5 Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
4.6 We take payment when we accept your order (i.e., when we send the Confirmation). We will not dispatch products until payment is received in full.
4.7 Orders are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates or fees. We are not responsible for such exchange rate fluctuations or charges.
4.8 Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment for the order.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver to addresses within the European Union. Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in the Confirmation.
5.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5.3 We may deliver products in multiple consignments.
5.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided.
6. Products
6.1 Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and materials accurately, but screens vary. Products made by hand and/or from natural materials may show natural variations, markings, and differences in texture, grain, and color. These are part of the character of the materials and craftsmanship.
6.2 Packaging may vary from images shown.
6.3 We may limit quantities per product or per customer. Any such limits will be stated on the Website, at checkout or in the confirmation mail. Orders placed in breach of limits may be cancelled.
6.4 Products must be purchased for personal use only and must not be resold or made available for resale on a commercial basis.
7. Returns and refunds
This clause applies to consumers purchasing at a distance within the EU.
7.1 Cancellation before confirmation
You may cancel an order at any time before we send the Confirmation by contacting us.
7.2 Right of withdrawal for non-customised products
For non-customised products, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the product(s). If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the 14 day period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14 day period and return the product(s) in accordance with clause 8.
7.3 Exception for customised or made-to-order products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to your specification or clearly personalised (including customised/made-to-order pieces where the item is produced specifically for you in a way that gives it a clear personal character).
7.4 Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and returned with any original accessories and packaging included with the product. You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the value is diminished by handling beyond that, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
7.5 Refunds
If a return is accepted, we will refund the payments received for the returned products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s) or receiving evidence that you have returned them (whichever applies).

10. Our responsibility for loss
10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10.2 We supply products for personal use. We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
10.3 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for loss that is:
(a) not foreseeable;
(b) caused by events outside our reasonable control; or
